Autumn Joy
Well hello there! It’s late August, and the first few leaves of the crepe myrtle have turned fiery red and orange. The garden grass is looking lazy and lovelorn, (longing for autumn, too, no doubt.) And though the air is still wickedly hot, we live with the knowledge that it’s slowly changing for the better.
The Autumn Joy cross stitch pattern was designed in the spirit of September, when sunflowers are blooming, pumpkins have ripened to bright orange, and the birds and honeybees are restless.

So if you find yourself in the mood for fall stitchery – something to compliment warm September afternoons – this darling design is for you. 🌻🧡
